As a freelance cinematographer, I specialize in long lens wildlife, drones, wildlife camera trapping, nature time-lapses, skiing, rock climbing, and other adventure sports.

I have done camera work for companies such as Nat Geo, Disney Plus, PBS, and the Smithsonian Channel. I am currently working on several natural history feature films for Fin and Fur Films.

I hold bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Visual Arts, and Biology, and a master’s degree in Film and Media Production with a concentration in Environmental and Wildlife Filmmaking from American University. My career began with shooting wildlife and expedition films for the National Park Service in remote Alaska. After a year and a half in Alaska, I traveled to South America to create films for a wildlife conservation non-profit.

I grew up in northern New Mexico at7,000 feet, where I first discovered my passion for the outdoors and skiing. The Rocky Mountains and the beautiful desert light were my early inspirations. I am an FAA-certified drone pilot, have Level I Avalanche Safety training, and have been riding horses my entire life. Currently based in New Mexico, I am willing to travel to any location across the globe.
